临床病史
Atermbabypresentedat2daysofagewithalargeabdominalmassdetectedduringantenatalultrasound.Abdominalexaminationrevealedalargefirmabdominalmassoccupyingtheleftsideoftheabdomenandcrossingthemidline,whichwasnotfreelymobile.UltrasoundandMRIwereperformed.
患儿，2天，足月生产。产前超声检查：腹部有大肿块。腹部检查：一大而硬的腹部肿块，占据左侧腹部并穿过中线，不可自由移动。行超声和MRI检查，结果如下：
